With the FAIM Plus certification, you can be confident in our service: this certificate is reserved for a select group of moving companies. It’s a hallmark awarded to companies operating at the highest level worldwide. FAIM Plus sets stringent requirements in many areas of our service, including environmental standards, facilities, equipment, employee training levels, quality management and financial stability. FIDI, the international organisation for removal companies, rigorously checks these standards every two years.

At Royal De Gruijter & Co., we are certified to the rigorous standards of ISO 9001. Each year, our entire organisation is thoroughly audited to ensure that all our procedures and protocols remain compliant. This is conducted by Veritas Quality International, the world’s largest quality control company.

Royal De Gruijter & Co. is a ‘Recognised Mover’, which means we meet the high-quality standards for removals within the Netherlands.

If you move within the Netherlands, you are automatically insured through Erkende Verhuizers (Recognised Movers). Since 1 March 2006, all Certified Movers are required to issue a Certificate of Guarantee for every private move. This certificate includes comprehensive transportation insurance, a guarantee on any down payment, and assurance that your move will be carried out as agreed.
